At Palmetto Proper Blanks, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and scheduled business closures. Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time selected at checkout.
Shipping Within the United States
At this time, Palmetto Proper Blanks ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Palmetto Proper Blanks is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before the order ships. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility to complete delivery.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.
Palmetto Proper Blanks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely shipping. Because of this, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist if your order has not yet entered processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can review your claim.
