Return & Refund Policy
At Palmetto Proper Blanks, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. Because many of our products are intended for customization, we ask that all orders be carefully inspected as soon as they are delivered.
Order Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon arrival. Any concerns regarding missing items, shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect products must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery date.
Claims submitted after this inspection period cannot be accepted.
To submit a claim, please email palmettoproperblanks@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and any damage or defect
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product.
Returns may only be authorized when a product has been verified as damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
No merchandise should be returned without prior authorization from our Customer Support team.
Pre-Orders
All pre-order purchases are final and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed.
Approved Returns
If a return is authorized, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
To qualify:
- Products must be unused and unwashed.
- Items cannot be customized, embellished, or altered in any way.
- Original packaging must be included and in reusable condition.
Products returned without their original packaging, or with damaged or marked packaging, may be subject to a packaging replacement fee before a refund or exchange is processed.
Exchanges & Replacements
If we determine that your item qualifies for replacement, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Replacement merchandise will be shipped after the carrier has accepted and scanned your return package.
Prepaid return labels expire 7 days after they are issued. Returns not shipped within that timeframe may no longer qualify for replacement or refund.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to process the transaction after the refund has been issued.
If the approved claim requires the product to be returned, the refund will not be finalized until the return package has entered the carrier's tracking system.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Palmetto Proper Blanks.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping expenses unless otherwise instructed by our Customer Support team.
Sale & Clearance Merchandise
Items marked as sale, clearance, discontinued, or final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Unauthorized Returns
Packages sent back without prior approval or without using the return instructions provided by our team may be refused or returned to the sender.
